
Mumbai, March 6: League Shield winners Mumbai City FC will host Bengaluru FC in the semifinal 1 first leg of Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 at the Mumbai Football Arena in Mumbai on Tuesday (March 7).
A controversial Sunil Chhetri goal from a quick free kick in extra time helped Bengaluru FC edge Kerala Blasters in knockout 1 to book their semifinal berth against Mumbai City FC, who earned a direct entry to the last four as table toppers.
Mumbai City FC and Bengaluru FC will lock horns in a two-legged tie to book their tickets to Goa for the ISL 2022-23 Final, where they could face the winner of the two-legged semi-final between Hyderabad FC and ATK Mohun Bagan.
