Indian forward Lalinzuala Chhangte is their star attraction while Indian teammates Akash Mishra, Mehtab Singh and Rahul Bheke are part of the Mumbai City FC defense, which is regarded as one of the best in the Indian Super League.
Tiri, Rostyn Griffiths and Sanjeev Stalin add further quality at the back while the likes of Alberto Noguera, Yoel Nieff, Vinit Rai and Lalengmawia Ralte are key components in the midfield. In attack, there's no dearth of talent for Mumbai City FC in attack as foreign names such as Jorge Diaz Greg Stewart, Abdenasser El Khayati provide further firepower.
Apart from Lalinzuala, Bipin Singh is an important figure on the left flank as the winger made his presence felt during the Durand Cup 2023, where Mumbai City FC looked among the best teams in the competition despite knockout stages at the hands of eventual champions Mohun Bagan.
The side will play their first two games against NorthEast United and Odisha FC in Guwahati and Bhubaneswar in away fixtures on September 24 and 28 while they face Kerala Blasters in a mega clash at their home ground Mumbai Football Arena.
