Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo is not focusing on the Premier League standings despite his team's strong start. Forest secured their fourth win of the season against Leicester City, with Chris Wood scoring twice in a 3-1 victory at King Power Stadium. Currently eighth, Nuno emphasises improvement over rankings, aiming to unlock the team's full potential in the coming months.
"We played a good game, very stable, confident and solid. Our organisation was good, I am delighted," Nuno told Sky Sports. "It is not about the table, what is more important is to see our fans celebrate like they did today."
West Ham managed a dramatic 2-1 win over Manchester United thanks to Jarrod Bowen's injury-time penalty. This result led to Erik ten Hag's dismissal. Despite this victory, West Ham has had an inconsistent start under new manager Julen Lopetegui, securing 11 points from nine matches. Bowen believes this win should be a turning point for their European qualification hopes."It needs to be because this season we have been in positions where we have won 4-1 against Ipswich, then gone and lost 4-1 to Tottenham," Bowen said.
