The match official blows the final whistle to put Pakistan out of their misery as they are out of the competition with back-to-back losses! The side conceded eight goals in two games and now will play for consolation against Nepal in their last group game.
A promising move by Pakistan on the counter after Bashir and Yaqood connected well for a move. The latter's resulting cross into the box found a Pak forward too, who couldn't control the ball and loses it.

Kuwait's Al Khaldi fires a powerful shot into the goal but Pak goalkeeper Yousuf Butt made a stunning save to keep his side away from further humiliation!
Otis Khan delivers a quality ball into the box from the corner to Abdullah Iqbasl, who heads it straight to the goalkeeper! Pakistan coach Shahzad Anwar meanwhile makes another substitution as Mohammad Adnan Yaqoob joins the midfield
Pakistan are in serach for a consolation goal but are lacking the quality crosses and passes inside the box. Meanwhile Kuwait coach exhausts all his substitution now as he brings in Al Khaldi for goalscorer Al Rashidi.

Further substitution by Kuwait as Al Dhefeery comes on for Ali Matar.
Al Rashidi makes it 4-0 for Kuwait! The winger made no mistake in putting the ball into the net as Pakistan were caught on the counter again!

Multiple substitutions on either halves as Atbhi Saleh, Abdullah Al Fahad and Hamad Al Harbi came on for Kuwait. For Pakistan, Hasan Basheer and Alamgir Ghazi were introduced into the attack.
Pakistan are unable to coordinate any attack and all we can see is some solo but futile runs making no difference in the game. Kuwait, on the other hand, are still threatening but have toned down their intensity
Kuwait win back-to-back corners after a penetrative run from the right flank. Ali Matar delivered two left-footed quality corners into the box but Pakistan defence were alert enough to keep the danger at bay
Hajiah rises the tallest to head the ball into the woodwork following an indirect freekick! Kuwait are hungry for more goal while Pakistan are just surviving at the moment
OFFSIDE! Al Rashidi puts the ball into the net after Al Faneeni's solo effort left the Pakistan defence in tatters! Rashidi, however, was marginally offside. A big let off for Pakistan.

The second half gets underway and Pakistan make a change at halftime as Shayak Dost comes off for Mohammad Khan.
Kuwait dominated the half early on and made their chances count while Pakistan looked clueless in the half. Their centre-backs used the strategy of feeding diagonal balls to the wingers, especially Ottis Khan as the target man on the left flank but Kuwait read their game well and kept a flat four-back to see out the threat. We can expect more goals from Kuwait in the second half if Pakistan don't tweak their strategy in the second half x
The referee soon after blows the half time whistle as Kuwait takes a big lead of 0-3. Al Faneeni stars in the half as the winger scores a brace after Al Enezi put the Men in dark blue at front with a goal at the 10th minute.

Kuwait are running away with this one as Al Faneeni scores a delightful chip to make it 3-0! It was poor defending by Pakistan as Ali Niazi made a poor back pass under pressure for Al Rashidi to win and fire a shot for a charging goalkeeper. The Pak shot-stopper did make a save but the ball fell on rebound to Al Faneeni, who scored with a delightful chip as Pakistan goalkeeper was not on the goalkeeping line following his save.
Trouble for Pakistan as Salman Mohammed penetrates into the box from the left flank using trickery. The forward, however, looked for support inside the crowded box but could only find a Pak player at the end of his cross. Right after, Pakistan try to catch Kuwait on counter but Otis takes a heavy touch to lose the ball right outside the Kuwait box after being fed by Ali Khan Niazi from right flank.
Finally something meaningful from Pakistan attack as Harun Hamid finds space on the left flank after taking the ball from his teammate Otis. His cross into the box had quality too but no Pakistan forward could reach the box to recieve it as the chance goes begging.
It has been a cagey affair for the last few minutes as Kuwait have relaxed into the game but they still look like the most threatening team of the two as they often are using their quality to penetrate in Pakistan half.
Pakistan are trying to rebuild their game from the back after being pushed to the wall. The Men in Green, however, are not able to penetrate the Kuwait box yet.
Mobarak Alfaneeni doubles Kuwait's lead! The winger just had to tap the ball in after Alrashidi found acres of space to run into on the counter before assisting the goalscorer as Pakistan defence was left exposed.

Kuwait takes the early lead! Hasan Al Enezi puts the side at front after a patient build-up from the right flank. A pin point cross was delivered to Hasan on far post and he took an extra touch before burying the ball into the net. Kuwait have already put a foot into the semis. Plenty of time for Pakistan to react though
Sunil Chhetri starred in the game as the 38-year-old striker scored a hat-trick before Udanta Singh put another into the net late in the game to complete the demolition. Pakistan struggled to show quality in the game despite the presence of some quality players plying their trade in England. In Pakistan's defence, the green-clad outfit has had their struggles even before the match was kick-off.
Visa-related delays, which included late no-objection certificate from Pakistan's sports ministry followed by a strict immigration process in Mumbai, led to the side reaching Bengaluru in two separate flights. Some of the players, including their star winger Otis Khan, reached the team hotel as late as three hours before the game, leaving them next to no time to train for the big game, let alone get acclimatised to the weather conditions.
Prior to coming to India, the side played in a tournament in Mauritius but struggled to obtain a win. They, however, had something to show from the tournament as they showed good quality in a 1-0 loss to World No. 98 Kenya. There's no lack of ambition from the side too despite losing the first game to India as winger Otis Khan said he would like to see India and Pakistan match in the final as he expects his adopted home to turn the tournament around after the setback.
Their job will be easier said than done as they face a much higher-ranked Kuwait, who made a lightwork of World No. 174 Nepal in the opening match of the tournament in the afternoon kick-off. The Middle East side won the game 3-1 with Khalid El Ebrahim, Shabib Al Khaldi, and Abdullah Daham finding the net.
