Goa, July 24: Mumbai 5s beat Kolkata 5s 4-2 to qualify for final of Premier Futsal 2016. Ryan Giggs' Mumbai side was too hot to handle for Hernan Crespo's Kolkata.
Mumbai took a huge lead of 3-0 within the first two quarters of the game as Kolkata 5s looked hassled and clueless on the field. Kolkata's star Pulia who had wonderful tournament so far was kept silent by the Mumbai players.
But in the third quarter, Crespo's Kolkata came back strongly and scored two quick goals to make the match exciting. Kolkata's sudden burst of energy helped them to regain their grasp on the game.
Unfortunately, when Kolkata were slowly gaining confidense and started dominating the proceedings, Mumbai scored a 4th goal as the Kolkata goalkeeper was out of place.
