Akash Mishra, born on 27 November 2001, is a professional Defender from India. Wearing jersey number 31, and has been an important part of the squad with his consistent performances. He has consistently contributed with strong performances throughout his career.
Akash Mishra spent three years training in Germany after making it through the trials conducted by U Dream Football Academy in 2015. He returned to India in 2018 and soon broke into the India U-18 side. He scored twice in seven games, helping the team clinch the SAFF Championships in 2019 before joining Indian Arrows. Having spent a season playing in the Hero I-League, Akash joined Hyderabad FC ahead of the 2020-21 season and established himself as one of the best players in the division, playing every minute of football for his team. Later in the year, he made his debut for the national team against Oman in Dubai.
