Karanjit Singh, born on 08 January 1986, is a professional Goalkeeper from India. Wearing jersey number 1, and has been an important part of the squad with his consistent performances. He has consistently contributed with strong performances throughout his career.
Born in Hoshiyarpur, Punjab, Karanjit Singh played for teams like JCT and Salgaonkar for a significant period before joining Chennaiyin FC ahead of Hero ISL 2015 and was at the club till 2019. It may be noted that post 2018-19, he was handed the dual role of player-cum-goalkeeping coach. Karanjit featured in both Hero ISL trophy-winning campaigns for Chennaiyin FC in 2015 and 2017-18. Then, Kerala Blasters FC roped in the custodian during the 2021-22 mid-season transfer window.
