Hormipam Ruivah, who hails from Somdal, Manipur, joined Hero ISL side Kerala Blasters FC in April 2021 after signing a three-year deal. The centre-back spent his youth career at the Sports Authority of India and Minerva Punjab. He was also part of the Indian team that won the 2019 SAFF U-18 Championship in Nepal.
