Pogba's agent calling top clubs for his client

Reports in England claim that Raiola, who secured the French international's £89million-move back in 2016, has made contact with some of the top clubs in Europe.

Bengaluru, February 23: Paul Pogba's agent Mino Raiola is reportedly looking for suitors for one of his biggest clients, just after two years of his then-world record move back to Manchester United.

Reports in England claim that Raiola, who secured the French international's £89million-move back in 2016, has made contact with some of the top clubs in Europe.

The report continues that Raiola wants some of football's elite to make moves for Pogba, 24, in the summer but none of them have shown an interest.

There are hints that one of the clubs is Real Madrid, who were battling with United two summers ago to sign him from Juventus.

But Bernabeu chiefs now feel they have dodged a bullet as Pogba's huge wages would have forced change on their wage structure.

Pogba is reported to be earning £300,000-a-week but has struggled to justify the wages he earns after a massive dip in form in recent weeks.

He also had a falling out with boss Jose Mourinho, who blasted him after United's 1-0 loss to Newcastle a couple of weeks ago and left him on the bench in their Champions League draw with Sevilla.

The Frenchman eventually made his way to the pitch in Seville after Ander Herrera picked up an injury.

However, it is reported that Mourinho wants to keep Pogba and just wants him to improve his overall game which is why he is treating him in this way.

But if relations continue to be strained then Pogba could find himself out the door at Old Trafford once again.

At the moment, there seems very little chance that Pogba would get a new club in the summer simply because of the huge fee which the Red Devils would ask for.

Real Madrid and Barcelona do not need him while there are very few other clubs who can pull off such a huge deal.
