Bengaluru, December 12: French giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly in talks with the agent of AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, Mino Raiola, regarding a transfer to the French capital for the Italian starlet, according to reports.

The 18-year-old was subject to a transfer speculation earlier in the summer window after he allegedly refused to put on a new contract with reports linking him to the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid. However, in a surprising turn of events, the young goalkeeper decided to stay at Milan and signed a huge improved contract with the European giants.

Milan has this season bought over 11 new players to rebuild the squad with the backing of a newly cash-rich Chinese owner. However their performance in the transfer window did not reflect in the field and now once the ruler of Italy, currently are loitering in the seventh position, 16 points behind leaders Inter Milan and 11 off from fourth-placed Roma.

According to reports now, the young keeper is not happy with the situation of the team and reportedly has told his agent Mino Raiola to look for a better side for him. According to Sky Sports Italia, French giants Paris Saint-Germain have jumped into the quest for the defender and has held talks with Raiola over a possibility of a transfer of next season.

Emery Unai's side reportedly wants to capitalise on Milan's current situation by offering Donnarumma the chance to play Champions League football as well as a huge pay rise to his contract.

PSG already have two goalkeepers at their disposal, with Alphonse Areola and Kevin Trapp. However, Unai is understood to be not happy with Trapp's development and now wants to secure a top notch keeper as a first choice in their star-studded.

Donnarumma currently has a contract until 2021 with Milan and reportedly during his new deal signing a buyout was included in it. However now as per reports nothing had been put down on paper like that. Thus if these are to be believed Milan could encash on their young superstar with a big fat transfer demand.
