Dro Fernandez has completed a move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain, signing a four-and-a-half-year deal. The 18-year-old midfielder joins the European champions for a reported 8m fee, with the transfer confirmed in Paris on Monday.
PSG had been linked with Dro throughout the January transfer window, tracking progress as negotiations continued in Spain. Dro came through Barcelona's academy system and made a first-team debut in September, before later rejecting a new contract offer from the club.

Barca president Joan Laporta addressed Dro's departure in an interview with Catalan radio, saying: "Its an unpleasant situation. We had agreed a new situation with Dro for when he turned 18, and surprisingly his agent informed us that he couldnt fulfil what had been agreed." The transfer closes a dispute that followed Barcelona's efforts to keep the academy graduate.
