Punjab FC were crowned champions of the AIFF U-17 Elite Youth League 2024-25 after a commanding 4-1 win over Jamshedpur FC in the final, played at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium.
The contest was effectively decided within the first half-hour, as Punjab FC produced a stunning attacking spell to dismantle their opponents.

Karish Soram opened the scoring with a composed finish, setting the tone for what followed. Ashish Lohar doubled the lead shortly after, capitalising on a defensive lapse. Vikash Kisku then added a third, showcasing excellent close control and awareness inside the box. The fourth goal came from Usham Thoungamba Singh, who completed the flurry with a clinical strike to all but seal the match before the break.
All four goals came within a blistering 11-minute period, leaving Jamshedpur FC with no chance to recover. Despite pulling one back later in the game, the damage had already been done.
Punjab FC's performance underlined their dominance in the tournament, combining speed, precision, and composure to outclass a Jamshedpur side that had no answers during that first-half onslaught. The victory marked a proud moment for the club's youth setup, reflecting the strength and depth of talent being developed at the grassroots level of the club.
