Batters have always found the pitch at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore to be favorable. The Gladiators enter this game on a run of victories, but United, under Shadab Khan, are also feeling quite positive following their crushing victory against Lahore Qalandars in the season opener.
The Gladiators had defeated the Babar Azam team (Peshawar Zalmi) by 16 runs and the Lahore Qalandars by five wickets in their last two encounters. However, Islamabad United easily overcame Lahore Qalandars, the reigning champions, by eight wickets. Fans should therefore anticipate a thrilling game between these two clubs.
