Ousmane Dembele and Pedri are unavailable for the game as well with injury issues while Ansu Fati is still racing against time to be fit for the game with a bruised knee.

However, Barcelona will like to boast the fact that they come into the 252nd El Clasico match defeating their arch-rivals 3-0 back in January in the Supercopa de Espana final.

Real Madrid have injury concerns as well with Ferland Mendy, Rodrygo, and David Alaba still recovering from respective injuries.
