Real Madrid continue their winning run in the preseason as they beat Manchester United 2-0! The second half showed more of United's quality football but Real Madrid were clinical as always with their chances!
90+1' Yeah that's a golazo by 33-year-old academy man Joselu after another Real Madrid B teammate Lucas sets him up with a delightful cross! Just a minute of injury time added!

89' WHAT A GOAL! AN OVERHEAD BICYCLE KICK BY JOSELU! And a calm celebration from the former Real Madrid Cantera player as he kisses the badge after scoring. It's 2-0 Real Madrid!
86' The match is halted for a moment after a fan invades the pitch! The referee waits until security official took him off the field
83' Williams and Valverde get into rash tackling in the midfield as Williams starts first by tripping the Madrid midfielder. Valverde, in response, makes a diving tackle to stop the Englishman! The referee cautions both the players soon after!
80' A cagey affair for the last few minutes as neither of the sides are able to penetrate. Expectedly it's too early in the season to expect that players will play with accuracy as lot of mispasses are taking place
77' Both the sides have cancelled each other out in the attack well as United's high pressing is beginning to choke Madrid, whose attack-to-defense transition has been superb!
74' Real Madrid try to build an attack from the back with short passing but Manchester United press them high as Lunin is forced into losing possession by kicking the ball out of play!

71' Another change by Madrid as Vinicius Jr comes off for Nico Paz!
69' Brahim Diaz finds space on the right flank on the counter but had just Joselu to pass to inside the box amid multiple United defenders. He tries to square it to Tchouameni instead but the pass was intercepted for a corner!
67' United are looking much comfortable with the ball and their movement when with the possession but that finesse and telling passes have been lacking!
End to end stuff there as Scott McTominay forced Real Madrid goalkeeper into save following a build-up. Real Madrid soon got into counter of their own as Joselu shoots from tight angle following a cross as Onana blocks it on the line!
63' Antony with a shot off target from the edge of the box after the substitute makes a solo run into the attacking third!

60' Ten Hag revamps the United line-up at the hour mark! A pre-season game after all! Confirmation of all the changes soon!
57' Back-to-back attacks from United from the left flank as Garnacho makes a direct run and create chances. His second attempt was a shot on target from just outside the box as he forces Lunin into a save!
51' Bruno extract a save from Lunin after Garnacho excellently lays him off inside the box after running in from the left wing! United have grown bullish in attack since the attempt as they push closer to the Real Madrid box
47' Rodrgyo runs down the right flank on the counter but looks rusty as he struggles to get past his marker! Six changes at the break by Madrid, none by their rivals. Confirmation of the changes soon!

46' Plenty of changes by Real Madrid as the entire backline is changed! Toni Kroos joins the midfield too in place of Tchouameni.
HT: Changes are coming up for Real Madrid as Alaba and Rudiger appear from tunnel in their training kits

Stay tuned, folks! Live action will resume soon!

Half Time stats

No further action to talk about as the referee blows the half time whistle. It's the sixth minute Bellingham goal that separates both the clubs at the break!
45+1' Both teams are struggling to create anything for the past few minutes as the intensity is not that high for this being a pre-season! Meanwhile the match official adds a minute of stoppage time
43' Poor tackle by the United midfielder on Bellingham as he was never winning the ball there from behind! Bellingham is not too pleased as he gets into an argument with the Argentine before the referee intervenes!
41' United continue to dominate possession as they try to build attack from the back. Ohana is coming outside the box as well to help in the build up in a sweeper keeper role!
37' Brilliant move from Manchester United from the right flank as Bruno Fernandes runs into the box to build an attack leading to a chance for Garnacho with Lunin to beat from a tight angle! He blasts the ball into the far post as United's chance for an equaliser was close! United are growing confidence!
Real Madrid come into the game defeating AC Milan in their opening pre-season game 3-2 after going 2-0 down in the first half. Federico Valverde (2 goals) and Vinicius Junior turned things around in the second half as Real Madrid look for their new star with Karim Benzema leaving for Saudi Arabia in a big-money deal.
Carlo Ancelloti and men have the entire squad at their disposal for the game as per the latest injury report, except midfielder Dani Ceballos, who is out with a thigh injury. However, there's no dearth of talent in the midfield for Los Blancos, including new signings in Jude Bellingham and Arda Guler.
Aurelien Tchouameni and Valverde are the other exciting quality in the squad while old horses Luka Modric and Toni Kroos lead the pack. However, it['s the goalscorer that the club desires following Benzema's departure and the obvious choice is Kylian Mbappe, who is closer to singing with Real Madrid unless a new party enters the play.
As far as Manchester United are concerned, they are midway into their preseason and have won all their three games so far, including a 2-0 win over Arsenal in the USA. The side also defeated Leeds United and Olympique Lyon earlier and is yet to concede a goal before the EPL season starts in August.
Tyrell Marcell and Fred are unavailable for the game for various reasons while Anthony Martial and Amado Diallo are doubtful due to injuries. Newly-appointed captain Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho are showing good signs with goals in the Arsenal game as the side will play Borussia Dortmund, Lens, and Athletic Bilbao next in the pre-season before EPL starts.
