Reinildo Mandava has expressed gratitude for the support he has received at Sunderland this season. The Mozambique international, who joined from Atletico Madrid in the summer, has adapted well to life in England. Sunderland currently sits seventh in the Premier League table as they prepare to face Bournemouth. Reinildo attributes much of their success to the unwavering support from fans.
"I can talk about the fans because they are amazing," he shared with Sunderland's media channels. "They give us so much power. In away games like the Chelsea game, we are looking at them and there are so many in the away end. They give you the power to want to say yes."
Granit Xhaka has been a standout player for Sunderland this season. He has created five chances from line-breaking passes, second only to Bruno Fernandes. Despite their recent loss to Fulham, Xhaka was a bright spot, contributing significantly with shots on target and entries into the final third.Bournemouth's Antoine Semenyo had an impressive start with nine goal involvements in his first seven appearances. However, he hasn't scored or assisted in his last four matches. Bournemouth will need him back at his best to secure a win against Sunderland.Bournemouth is level on points with Sunderland but trails due to goal difference. Andoni Iraola's team started strong but recently struggled against Manchester City and Aston Villa.
