The final whistle blows and it is a comprehensive win for Barcelona. A 4-1 thumping of Sevilla and The Blaugranas march on, further closing down on Real Madrid in the points table. One goal each for Robert Lewandowski, Fermin Lopez, Raphinha and Eric Garcia. Although Fermin got a Red Card at the hour mark, the Sevilla side failed to conjure up anything from the man advantage. In the end, it is the visitors who leave Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan with all three points.
Goaaaaaaaal!! Eric Garcia finds the net and it is all over now. Barcelona find the 4th goal and its all three points surely now for them.
85'Suso cuts in and takes a decent shot, which is saved well by Szczesny. It has been tough for Sevilla, and even with a man advantage, they have failed to breach the Barcelona defence in the second half.

Red Card!! A late challenge from Fermin Lopez and he is Off! The referee showed him a Yellow Card earlier, but after the VAR consultation, he has upgraded it to Red Card.
Goaaaaal!! Raphinha scores with a terrific strike. He cuts in and then shoots with enough venom to beat Nyland. It is a comfortable two-goal cushion now for them.
51'Barcelona will have to be careful in defence. But in terms of attack, they are looking good. This time Frenkie de Jong sends in a corner which almost finds Pedri, but Balde clears the ball.

The first half ends and it is level at 1-1. All to play for in the second half. Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring for Barcelona, but Ruben Vargas equalized within a minute to restore parity. Since then, Barcelona have dominated the proceedings but haven't found the net.
Four minutes added at the end of first half.
41'Lamine Yamal goes down at the edge of the box and claims for penalty, but the referee gives nothing. Sevilla are claiming a dive and the replay confirms the Barcelona star went down very easily.

31'Nemanja Gudelj looks in pain and has gone down. The Sevilla skipper needs medical attention and the physios are entering. It looks like he has twisted his groin, which may mean the end of the night for him.
29'Jules Kounde makes a superb block to deny Ruben Vargas. Sevilla are threatening and Barcelona will have to be careful.
28' Kounde and Cubarsi exchange passes and then Gavi threads through Frenkie de Jong. The Dutchman tries to find Robert Lewandowski but he is flagged offside. But Sevilla lose the ball in a dangerous situation and Raphinha comes close, but Nyland saves the blushes for Sevilla.
Sevilla will aim to extend their four-match unbeaten run in La Liga as they host Barcelona at Estadio Ramon on Sunday. The hosts, currently 12th in the table with 28 points, are just four points behind sixth-placed Rayo Vallecano in the race for European football. Despite a challenging season, Garcia Pimienta's side has been solid at home, collecting 18 points from 11 matches. They recently held Valencia, Espanyol, and Getafe to draws while securing a 2-1 win at Girona.
Barcelona, third in La Liga with 45 points, trail Real Madrid by four points and will be keen to capitalize on the top-two clash between Madrid and Atletico. Hansi Flick's team is coming off an emphatic 5-0 win over Valencia in the Copa del Rey, with Ferran Torres netting a hat-trick. However, their away form has been inconsistent, with three of their last four league games on the road ending in draws. Nonetheless, Barça boasts a dominant record against Sevilla, having won their last six La Liga meetings.
Sevilla will be without suspended defender Jose Angel Carmona, while Joan Jordan and Tanguy Nianzou remain injured. Juanlu Sanchez is expected to start in defense, while Dodi Lukebakio, with nine league goals, leads the attack.
Barcelona will miss Andreas Christensen, Marc Bernal, and Marc-Andre ter Stegen, but Gavi is set to return after a head injury. Flick will likely rotate his squad, bringing in Marc Casado, Robert Lewandowski, Ronald Araujo, and Gavi.
Sevilla: Nyland; Sanchez, Bade, Gudelj, Pedrosa; Saul, Lokonga, Sow; Lukebakio, Romero, Vargas
Barcelona: Szczesny; Kounde, Araujo, Cubarsi, Balde; Casado, Pedri; Yamal, Gavi, Raphinha; Lewandowski
