Swati Rawat to lead Delhi in U-17 National football

New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI) Defender Swati Rawat will lead a 20-member Delhi team in the 4th Girls (Under-17) Sub-Junior National Football Championship 2007-2008 to be held at Diphu, Assam from April 25 to May 11.

Suhani Bedi was named as vice captain of the squad which was selected by the Delhi Soccer Association (DSA) after a 20-day open trials-cum-coaching camp.

Delhi, who have been placed in a tough group, will take on title contenders West Bengal and Mizoram in cluster VIII.
