Thailand vs Iraq Live Score, King's Cup 2023: Hosts Thailand are taking on tournament favourites Iraq in the King's Cup final at the 700th Anniversary Stadium in Chiang Mai on Sunday (September 10). The match starts at 8:30 PM ICT (local time).
(Scroll below for Live updates) World No. 70 Iraq entered the final as the favourite for the four-nation King's Cup 2023 with India as the second highest-ranked team at World No.99 followed by Lebanon (100) and Thailand (113).

Iraq controversially won in the penalty shootout in the semifinal against India following a dubious penalty decision in the second half, which allowed Iraq to equalise against a stubborn Indian defense. India head coach Igor Stimac minced no words post the game as he said the referee robbed his side of a famous victory. India are yet to win a game against the Iraqis after seven head-to-head encounters.
Hosts Thailand, on the other hand, won fair and square against Lebanon with Teerasil Dangda scoring the winning goal in a 2-1 win as he was assisted by Thai-Norweigan side-back Nicholas Mickelson late in the game to hand Lebanon back-to-back semifinal defeats with their last coming against India during the SAFF Championship in Bengaluru.
Former Manchester City striker Dangda has been in prime form with 19 goals and six assists for his Thai club BG Pathum United last season. The 35-year-old striker has scored 40 goals in 91 appearances for the national team
Iraq, on the other hand, will be without Zidane Iqbal as the former Manchester United creative midfielder saw red card in the last game. However, that won't worry the Arab side much, who have no dearth of talent, including burly forward Aymen Hussein, who plies trade for Raja Casablanca in Morocco.
