The Best FIFA Football Awards 2024 ceremony was held on Tuesday (December 17) at the Aspire Academy in Doha, Qatar as superstars from across the globe were crowned winners in a range of illustrious categories.
Players who impressed during the relevant qualifying periods were whittled down to three outstanding candidates across eight categories with the introduction of Marta Award, while selections were made for the Best FIFA Men's and Women's 11s.

Plus, the FIFA Puskas Award for the best goal, Best Goalkeepers in men’s and women’s category as well as the Best coaches awards was also announced during the ceremony in Doha.
Real Madrid and Brazil forward Vinicius Junior was crowned The Best FIFA Men's Player 2024, while Barcelona and Spain’s World Cup winner Aitana Bonmati was voted The Best FIFA Women’s Player for the second time in a row.
Aston Villa and Argentina keeper Emiliano Martínez came out on top in the vote for The Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper, winning the award for the second time, while US Women’s National Team shot-stopper Alyssa Naeher was crowned The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti, who was runner-up two editions ago, was presented with The Best FIFA Men’s Coach award, while former Chelsea Women’s and current US Women’s National Team coach Emma Hayes was named The Best FIFA Women’s Coach 2024.
Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho won the Puskas award for his overhead goal against Everton in the Premier League last season, while Brazil’s Marta won the first-ever 'Marta’ award for her goal against Jamaica in a friendly earlier this year.
Guilherme Gandra Moura, a young devoted fan of Vasco da Gama and the team’s great player Gabriel Pec, who got to meet his idol after waking from an induced coma due to epidermolysis bullosa, was voted winner of the FIFA Fan award. Here is a complete list of the winners:
