The Premier League can be an unforgiving place for many players at the beginning who find it difficult to adjust to their new surroundings.
A new player often needs a few weeks or months to become used to the physical style of the English game and become fully immersed in his new team. However, there are also several instances where like a fish to water, many talents shine from the very first day.
With the winter window just concluding a couple of days back, some new faces embarked on a new journey last weekend and produced similar eye-catching individual performances. Here we have looked at such three new faces who impressed on their Premier League debut-
Enzo Fernandez:
The Argentine midfielder's eye-catching individual performance gave an early hint of why Chelsea spent a record transfer fee for his signature. Despite the Blues only managing a draw against Fulham, Enzo produced an authoritative display in the center of the park. He looked at ease in possession and controlled the tempo of the side. If anything goes by his first glimpses, the young Argentine definitely is promised to be something extraordinary.
Craig Dawson:
The West Ham defender pushed for a move to Wolves after losing his first-team spot in the side and he looks to have made the best decision. Lopetgui included the veteran defender in the playing XI against Liverpool and they undoubtedly produced their best performance in the season. Wolves registered a 3-0 victory over Liverpool and Dawson scored the second goal. The English defender seems to be a smart piece of business by the Wanderers.
