The transfer window was quite interesting in Spain as well as the whole Europe and in this article, we will take a look at five best deals that took place this summer.

Here are the top five transfers of La Liga in the summer 2017 window:

5. Jeison Murillo to Valencia from Inter Milan

After a few years of disappointment, Valencia have looked much ambitious in the transfer market this time out and the Los Ches now have a pretty decent squad. The Spanish giants made a massive statement by managing to sign Colombian central defender Jeison Murillo on loan from Inter.

They have signed Murillo on a two-year loan that involves an obligatory purchase and is believed to cost in the region of 13 million euros.

4. Geoffrey Kondogbia to Valencia from Inter Milan

Valencia completed another amazing loan deal from Inter this summer in the form of French midfield dynamo Geoffrey Kondogbia. The 24-year-old completed his move to Valencia on Monday on an initial loan with an option to buy.

Kondogbia has experience in La Liga, having played for Sevilla in the 2012-13 season before being sold to Monaco, where he spent two seasons before Inter took him to Italy.’

3. Carlos Bacca to Villareal from AC Milan

Villarreal have signed Colombian hitman Carlos Bacca from AC Milan on loan for the season with a view to a permanent move. The 30-year-old possesses plenty of experience in La Liga from his Sevilla days and promises to be a brilliant signing for the Yellows.

Bacca is a proven goalscorer and can still offer a lot to Villareal and it promises to be a great signing.

2. Dani Ceballos to Real Madrid from Real Betis

Real Madrid managed to shrug off rivals Barcelona and Atletico Madrid for the signature of one of the most promising Spanish players right now Dani Ceballos. The 21-year-old was signed by Zidane and looks to be a key player for the future.

Ceballos burst to prominence after winning the Player of the Tournament award as Spain reached the European Under-21 Championship final this summer and could be a great asset to Real Madrid for many years to come.

1.Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund

The departure of Neymar hurt Barcelona deeply but the fans will be happy to get Ousmane Dembele as a direct replacement for the Brazilian superstar. Dembele is still very young but has made the headlines on a regular basis for Dortmund in the Bundesliga and Champions League.

Just 20 years old, future looks bright for the French international and we have to wait and see how he links up with superstars like Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez up front when the La Liga resumes this weekend.
