This includes a special session in partnership with the OSCAR Foundation, a community-based organization using football to encourage children to stay in school and equip them with skills for resilience and future readiness. Since 2010, the charity has empowered over 15,000 children and youth in low-income communities in India.
Expressing excitement about the upcoming visit, Ledley King, who made 323 appearances for Tottenham Hotspur and lifted the 2008 League Cup as captain, mentioned his anticipation of experiencing the passion for football, food, and culture in India.
Ossie Ardiles, arriving at Spurs following his World Cup success and later managing the Club, expressed his eagerness to meet passionate fans during visits to Mumbai and Bengaluru, marking his second trip to India in five years.
