Igor Tudor remains optimistic about Juventus' prospects of securing a Champions League spot despite their 1-1 draw with Bologna. Khephren Thuram's early goal was equalised by Remo Freuler shortly after halftime at Stadio Renato Dall'Ara. Juventus have now drawn 15 league games this season, a tally only surpassed in the 1955-56 and 1965-66 seasons.
Juventus currently hold fourth place in Serie A, sharing points with Roma and Lazio. Bologna, in seventh, trails closely by just one point. With three matches left, Tudor acknowledges the competition for European qualification is still open. "There are three games left, and we are still fourth, albeit level on points," Tudor told DAZN.

Tudor expressed confidence ahead of their upcoming matches against Lazio, Udinese, and Venezia. He emphasised that no single game would determine their fate due to the tight standings. "One game cannot decide everything when there are so many teams crammed together in a few points," he remarked.
The Opta supercomputer gives Juventus a 42.3% chance of finishing in the top four, ahead of Lazio (20.5%), Roma (16.8%), and Bologna (13.8%). Despite Bologna dominating possession, Juventus appeared more likely to clinch victory but had goals disallowed for offside by Nicolas Gonzalez and Andrea Cambiaso.
Bologna manager Vincenzo Italiano shared Tudor's view on the match's outcome. He noted that nine points remain available, which is significant given the table's current state. "It will be a real battle," Italiano stated, highlighting the importance of maintaining consistency and intensity to achieve their goals.
Bologna faces AC Milan next Friday in Serie A before meeting them again in the Coppa Italia final on May 14. Their season concludes with fixtures against Fiorentina and Genoa. Italiano stressed the importance of focusing on league points without letting the upcoming cup final distract them.
Tudor felt satisfied with his team's performance despite not securing a win. "The players gave their all... We created opportunities, but we are content with the point," he said. This result marks five consecutive draws between Bologna and Juventus in Serie A since 1978-1980.
Both managers agree that achieving objectives requires mental strength and consistent performance as they approach these crucial final matches of the season.
