The Uttar Pradesh Super League (UPSL) is set to debut in March-April 2025, bringing the excitement and scale of the Indian Super League (ISL) to Uttar Pradesh for the first time.
This new football league will showcase both emerging and professional players from across the state, offering an opportunity for local talent to compete at a high level.

Matches will be held at the Greater Noida Stadium and KD Singh Babu Stadium in Lucknow. Organized by the Uttar Pradesh Football Sangh and managed by 100 Sports Pvt Ltd, the UPSL aligns with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's vision to promote sports development in the state.
The league aims to boost football's popularity and create a competitive environment for young talents to thrive. Eight franchise teams will participate in the first season of the UPSL.
The players, all hailing from Uttar Pradesh, will be selected through an auction process, where franchises will bid on top talent. This format mirrors that of the ISL, ensuring a professional and structured approach to team building.
Mohd Shahid, Honorary Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Football Sangh, emphasized that the league has been carefully planned and all preparations, including commercial rights and event management, have been entrusted to 100 Sports Pvt Ltd.
Ravindra Bhati, founder of 100 Sports Pvt Ltd, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the league's potential to elevate football in Uttar Pradesh. The UPSL is designed to inspire young footballers and provide a platform where they can showcase their skills, while also delivering high-quality entertainment for fans.
With marketing rights held exclusively by 100 Sports Pvt Ltd, the UPSL promises to be a major stepping stone for the development of football in the region, combining competitive matches, skill development, and community involvement to foster a new era of football in Uttar Pradesh.
