Delhi routs Asom 4-0 in Women's hockey

Guwahati, Feb 9 (UNI) Hosts Asom were outplayed 0-4 by Delhi in the Women's hockey competition of the 33rd National Games today.

Delhi scored the first three goals in the first half of the match, with the fourth coming in the second half.

The four goals for Delhi were scored by Prem and Tinu, both scoring two each.

Meanwhile, in the second match of the day, Madhya Pradesh defeated Haryana by a huge margin of 10-0.

The 10 goals were spread five each in both halves of the match.

In other matches in women's hockey event, Orissa will take on Maharastra and Uttar Pradesh would face Jharkhand.
