Fourth Sub-junior Women's Hockey begins Aug 17

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 12 (UNI) The Fourth Sub-junior South Zone Women's Hockey Championship 2007 will be held here from August 17 to 19.

This was the first time the state association was hosting the championship in the capital city, a release said here.

About 120 competitors and officials from various states are participating.

Kerala Sports and Youth Welfare Minister M Vijayakumar would inaugurate the championship, it added.
