IHF launches new comprehensive website

Chennai, Nov 30 (UNI) As part of the International Hockey Federation's recommendations through the project 'promoting Indian hockey, to shore up the sport in the country and put it back among the top six rankings in the world, the Indian Hockey Federation(IHF) has launched a new website, revamping the existing one, according to a press release from IHF Secretary General K Jyothikumaran here today.

The new website www.indiahockey.org, has already estalished excellent links with the website of the International Hockey Federation (FIH) for official news on hockey from around the world.

The new site will gradually build up as the prime source of official information for activities of the IHF, Indian Hockey Confederation(IHC) and Indian Women's Hockey Federation (IWHF) and the performances of the national teams in particular, he said.
