India vs Malaysia Hockey Live Streaming, Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2023: The Indian women's hockey team will take on Malaysia in a tougher challenge in their second match of the Women's Asian Champions Trophy.

The women's national team won their opening match of the Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2023 against Thailand by a massive margin of 7-1 to put themselves in the run for the title as the host. The Indian team won the trophy back in 2016, defeating China in the final in Singapore.

They also finished runners-up in the next edition in 2018, by a narrow 0-1 margin to host South Korea before withdrawing from the last Asian Champions Trophy in the same country due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking of their recent match, India looked confident in the comfort of home conditions after they bagged the bronze medal in Hangzhou at the Asian Games 2023.

Sangita Kumari scored a hat-trick while Monika, Salima Tete, Deepika, and Lalremsiami also found the back on the net while Samanso Supansa scored the consolation goal for Thailand at the Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Astroturf Hockey Stadium in Ranchi less than 24 hours ago.

The game was dominated by India from the word go as they bombarded the Thai's defensive third with waves of attack. Thailand held on well with their defensive game early on but were soon outran once India scored the opening goal through Monkia in the seventh minute of the opening quarter.
