The third quarter ends with no further decisive action following the injury scare for Nisha. Not the best of the third quarter by India, who couldn't find the net in the last 15 minutes. They instead found it hard to unlock Korean defense while PC opportunities were wasted as well. IND 2-0 KOR
44' The resulting PC was hit directly on target but Nisha was on the way and it hit her on the head! The Indian midfielder remains on the ground holding her head for a while before coming back on her feet. The referee does a concussion check on her before letting her continue again. IND 2-0 KOR

India will face former champions South Korea in the semifinal of the Hockey Women's Asian Champions Trophy at the Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Astroturf Hockey Stadium in Ranchi, Jharkhand on Thursday.
India are on a five-match winning run in the tournament as they topped the pool stages with a convincing win over Asian Games champions China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand. Janneke Schopmann-coached side in fact slayed South Korea 5-0 in their last group match two nights ago.
Salima Tete scored a brace in that win while Navneet Kaur and Vandana Katariya also found the net while the Koreans struggled to launch an attack or win enough penalty corners. Schopmann's modern-style ultra-aggressive attacking approach, backed with a strong crowd presence in the stand, has left rivals stunned so far.
Japan and China are playing in the other semifinal before at the same venue while Thailand and Malaysia fought for the fifth spot. India, ranked seventh in the world, took control of the match right away.
In the sixth minute, Sangita Kumari outran several Korean defenders to reach the Korean circle, where she passed it to Salima Tete, who had enough of room to score India's first goal.
South Korea, which is ranked 12th in women's hockey, attempted to break India's defense with counterattacks, but Indian players denied the Koreans any room inside or beyond the penalty circle.
On the other hand, India scored back-to-back goals to strengthen their grip on the contest. India won their third penalty corner of the match in the 36th minute and converted through Navneet Kaur's drag-flick.
Sangita Kumari and Salima Tete, who worked together for the first goal, combined for India's third goal as well. India continued to play at a fast pace in the second quarter, making ten circle penetrations in the first half an hour as opposed to South Korea's two. South Korea had zero shots on goal, while India had seven.
South Korea began the second half with good intentions despite being behind by a goal. In the 32nd minute, they were awarded their first penalty corner of the game, but they were unable to convert.
