Lawrence School posts 15-0 win in Nehru Girls hockey

New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Upasana Sharma slammed six goals in Lawrence School's 15-0 whipping of St Ann's High School, Goa, in a league match of the Nehru Junior Girls hockey tournament here today.

Apart from Sharma (8th, 9th, 17th, 40th and 50th), other goal getters for the Ooty school were TM Trinetra (10th, 26th and 32nd), S Narmatha (12th, 18th and 35th), Purvi Kaul (33rd and 57th) and Kaumudi Misra (44th and 52nd).

In other league matches, GV Raja Sports School, Thiruvananthapuram, blanked Mahadevi Kanya Inter College, Dehra Dun, 5-0 while Duroelo Convent High School, Mumbai outplayed Government Girls High School, Patna, 6-0 and St Joseph College, Kohima, beat Shri Janta Vidyalaya, Gujarat, 2-0.
