Former international Kabaddi player Subbanna passes away

Bangalore, Aug 8 (UNI) Former international Kabaddi player M Subbanna died here today following cardiac arrest.

He was 60. He is survived by two sons and one daughter.

Mr Subbanna, who started his Kabaddi career in 1964 and was selected to the State team in 1966, had represented India in 1974 against Bangladesh.

Members of Karnataka Rajya Amateur Kabaddi Association and CIL Sports Club condoled the death of Mr Subbanna.
