The announcement at the PKL Season 10 Player Auction that he had been acquired by the Gujarat Giants for a whopping INR 1.6 crore had sent shockwaves throughout the kabaddi community. "For me, it's really good to have him as he can help me improve my performance," Fazel emphasized. "I know how he prepares the team, and it helps a lot. This is good for both me as well as the team, and I am very happy to have Ram Mehar Singh as my coach."
