India have decimated Bangladesh 55-18 in men's Kabaddi in the Asian Games 2023 on Tuesday (October 3).
The Indian men's Kabaddi team has kickstarted their Asian Games 2023 campaign with a resounding victory over their neighbours. The 2018 Bronze medalists were heads and shoulders above the Bangladesh side, who succumbed to a mammoth defeat in the match.

India recorded a 24-9 in the first half, and then added 31 more points after the break to seal the gigantic victory. The star-studded Indian lineup toyed with the Bangladeshi outfit and pulled off a stellar performance.
Naveen Kumar started the proceedings for India with a raid point, and the likes of Arjun Deshwal continued the momentum. Surjeet Singh marshalled the defence superbly as the Indian side troubled Bangladesh in all departments.
Bangladesh had something to cheer for with a couple of super tackles, but they were miles behind a formidable India side who mauled them with ease.
With the victory, India are currently at the top of their group. Pawan and co. will take on Thailand next on Wednesday (October 4).
