Gujarat Giants made its PKL debut in 2017 and it was led by the Iranian star defender Fazel Atrachali in the previous season. However, with Fazel moving to Bengal Warriorz for the PKL 2024 season, the Giants need to find a new skipper.

Having started in 2017, Gujarat Giants made the cut for the finals in the first two seasons. However, they ended as the runners-up in both editions. Despite putting up an excellent show in the playoffs in PKL 2023, they faced elimination against Haryana Steelers.

In the attacking department, the Giants have added Guman Singh, Monu, Himanshu, Aadesh Siwach, and Himanshu Singh in the concluded auction, while they roped in Sombir, Vahid, Neeraj Kumar, Harsh Mahesh Lad, Mohit, Manuj, and Nitesh in their defense.

Mohammad Esmaeil Nabibakhsh, Raj D. Salunkhe, Rohan Singh, Balaji D, and Jitender Yadav will be a part of their all-round department.

With formidable raiding and excellent defense units formed, Gujarat Giants would be hoping to clinch the elusive silverware in this edition.
