Noida, Nov 10: The Haryana Steelers showcased sheer dominance over the Gujarat Giants in a decisive 39-23 victory here at the Noida Indoor Stadium on Sunday (November 10), marking an impressive second game in the Noida leg of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 11.
With contributions across the mat from Mohammadreza Shadloui, Shivam Patare, and Vinay, and a High 5 from Rahul, the Steelers cruised to a well-rounded win, climbing to third position in the standings.

The Gujarat Giants began on a promising note, securing the first two points thanks to a tackle by Sombir and a raid from Rakesh. However, this initial surge was quickly subdued as Haryana Steelers seized control.
Shivam Patare and Vinay spearheaded the Steelers' offence, combining for six points to establish an early four-point lead, signalling the start of their relentless momentum.
The Giants fought back briefly with a Super Tackle by Jitender Yadav on Vinay, and defensive efforts by Rakesh and Parteek Dahiya kept the team competitive in the opening half.
However, Gujarat's defence couldn't hold out for long, as Ghanshyam Magar executed a remarkable Super Raid, eliminating three Giants players and putting Haryana firmly in the driver's seat.
The game shifted further as Mohammadreza Shadloui, quiet for most of the first half, unleashed a powerful Super Raid right before halftime, inflicting an ALL OUT on the Giants and extending the Steelers' lead to six points at the break.
As the second half began, Haryana Steelers maintained their grip, with Shivam Patare and Vinay continuing to raid effectively. Mohammadreza Shadloui added to Gujarat's woes with a Super Tackle, amplifying his impact on both ends of the mat.
Despite a few successful raids from Rakesh-who celebrated the milestone of reaching 400 raid points in the PKL-Gujarat Giants struggled to close the gap. Their inability to break through Haryana's cohesive defensive setup proved costly, as the Steelers expanded their lead to a comfortable 12 points in the final stretch.
Rahul completed his High 5, adding another layer to Haryana's stellar defensive performance. Shadloui was relentless until the end, and the Steelers inflicted another ALL OUT, capping off their 16-point victory. The result handed Gujarat Giants their sixth consecutive loss of the season.
Mohammadreza Shadloui: A crucial force, he lit up the scoreboard with timely Super Raids and Super Tackles, leaving the Giants with little room to recover.
Shivam Patare and Vinay: Consistent contributors on the raiding front, keeping the Steelers in control throughout.
Rahul: Achieving a High 5, he fortified Haryana's defence and helped maintain the lead through pivotal tackles.
