15 Railway sportspersons in Indian contigent for Beijing

New Delhi, Aug 6 (UNI) Maintaining its pride of place in the country's sports arena, 15 sportspersons from the Indian Railways have secured their places in the 57-member Indian contingent participating in the forthcoming Beijing Olympics.

The Railway's contingent in the Olympic squad is the biggest contingent from a single organisation in the country.

Railway sportspersons have been participating in prestigious national as well as international competitions like Asian games, Common Wealth Games, Olympics and bringing laurels to the nation.
