ONE Championship is set for another massive year with over 50 events. Prominent and rising stars will showcase their talent on the global stage. And many superstars will look to defend their World Titles while others aim to climb the ranks.

However, many fighters will make their return in 2025 in grand fashion. These athletes have a global presence, making their comebacks impactful. Let's have a look at some of the fighters who will be back in action this year.

Stamp Fairtex

Stamp Fairtex is the only fighter to win three World Titles in three different sports. She achieved this feat in September 2023 by defeating South Korea's Ham Seo Hee for the ONE Atomweight MMA World Title. Since then, the Thai megastar has been rehabbing a knee injury.

She has made progress and could return in 2025. In her absence, #2-ranked contender Denice Zamboanga will face #4-ranked Alyona Rassohyna for the ONE Interim Atomweight MMA World Title on January 11 at ONE Fight Night 27. Stamp will then fight the winner of this match to unify the belts.

Ritu Phogat

Indian MMA superstar Ritu Phogat is making her much-awaited atomweight MMA return in February 2025 at ONE 171: Qatar. There, she faces the dangerous ground game specialist Ayaka Miura. This will be Phogat's first fight since 2022.

A lot has changed for "The Indian Tigress" since her last fight; she got married and recently gave birth to a baby boy. Now she is ready to compete with new rigour to achieve her dream of becoming India's first female MMA World Champion.

Liam Harrison

Muay Thai legend Liam Harrison had always wanted a match against Thai veteran Seksan Or Kwanmuang. At ONE 168: Denver in September 2024 he got his wish. Both strikers competed and gave their best, but the match marked the Brit's retirement from ONE Championship.

But a few weeks ago, he informed his fans that ONE made him an offer he couldn't refuse, and he will be back for one more fight. So, in 2025 fans will get to see him in his groove one last time.
