All India inter SAI weightlifting championship from Sep 7

Visakhapatnam, Sep 5 (UNI) Over 178 contestants in different categories will participate in the sixth all India inter Sports Authority of India (SAI) weightlifting championships 2007-08 to be held at Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Port stadium here from September seven to nine.

SAI (Andhra Pradesh) Administrative Officer T Kishore Kumar today said Visakhapatnam Port Sports Officer M V Manikyalu would be the technical director of the championship.

As many as 11 teams would participate in the championship, he added.
