Andhra pile up 316 against Karnataka

Visakhapatnam, Oct 19 (UNI) Unbeaten knocks by captain Y Ganeswara Rao and Manoj Sai enabled Andhra to pile up 316 for four in the first innings against Karnataka on the second day of the three-day match in the Quadrangular tournament here today.

Resuming at the overnight score of 286 for 3, Andhra made 316 for four in 90 overs: Manoj Sai 102 (11x4), Y Ganeshwara Rao 108(16x4) For Karnataka Vinu Prasad bagged two for 118, Udit Patel 2 for 56.

Karnataka first innings 238 for three in 83 overs.
