Anil Khanna re-elected ATF president

Chandigarh, Mar 27 (UNI) Anil Khanna of India has been re-elected president of the Asian Tennis Federation at the annual general body meeting held at Bangkok yesterday.

He defeated Dong Kil Choo of South Korea by a comfortable margin of 26 votes (34-8).

Anil Khanna's triumph is considered very significant since Asia is preparing for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2010 Commonwealth Games to be organised by India in New Delhi.
