The Indian team clinched 7 medals from the Stage 1, which includes a record 5 Golds. The men's Recurve team created history by beating South Korea to bag a Gold medal as well.

The Indian men's Recurve team toppled Olympic champions South Korea with a score of 5-1, they not only secured a gold medal but also marked a historic win. This victory is especially notable as it is the first time the Indian team has outperformed South Korea in a World Cup final, enhancing their prospects for the upcoming Paris Olympics.
Tarundeep Rai, a 40-year-old Army personnel, played a crucial role in this achievement. He was also part of the team that won gold at the Shanghai World Cup Stage 4 in August 2010. Along with Tarundeep, Dhiraj Bommadevara and Pravin Ramesh Jadhav also played crucial roles in the Final.
The success continued as the mixed team of Ankita Bhakat and Dhiraj clinched a bronze medal by defeating Alejandra Valencia and Matias Grande of Mexico.
Jyothi Surekha Vennam clinched the Gold for India in the women's compound individuals while Priyansh clinched a Silver in men's category.
India's three teams in the Compound category clinched Gold medals. The Men's Team beat Netherlands, while the women's toppled the Italian archers. The mixed team of Jyothi and Abhishek beat Estonia.
