Arjun highest-placed Indian in Bangkok

Koh Samui, Thailand, Jun 7 (UNI) Ace golfer Arjun Singh carded a one-over 72 to tied 20th after third round of the Bangkok Airways Open here today.

The highest placed Indian, Arjun, with a total of three under 210 trails the leader, Chinese Taipei's Lien Lu-Sen by ten strokes.

The Delhi based golfer, who had shot 70 and 68 in the first two rounds, came up with birdies on the second, eighth and 12th and bogeys on the first, third, fourth and 15th.

The other Indians in fray Himmat Singh Rai (71, 71, 74) is tied 59th with a total of three over 216. Anirban Lahiri (69, 75, 73) and Gaurav Ghei (75, 69, 73) were both tied 62nd with identical totals of four over 217.

Amandeep Johl (71, 73, 76) occupies tied 69th place at seven over 220.
