Armaan grabs pole position in Formula Renault V6 qualifier in Sepang

New Delhi, May 5 (UNI) Promising Indian motor racer Armaan Ebrahim started the season with a bang by grabbing the pole position in round one of qualifying round in the Formula Renault V6 Asia championship at Sepang in Malaysia today.

JK Tyre-sponsored Armaan, driving for team TARA-DTM, clocked the fastest lap time of 01:00:00, according to information received here.

Each round has one sprint race and one feature race. The sprint race is held on Saturday while the feature race is on Sunday.

The first round is at Sepang North circuit which is much shorter than the main Sepang circuit.
