Asadula Imangazaliev, Aslamjon Ortikov Set for ONE World Title Rematch at Inner Circle 39

New Delhi, Sep 28: Revenge and redemption are set to collide once again. ONE Championship has confirmed a blockbuster World Title rematch for the main event of The Inner Circle 39, as ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Asadula Imangazaliev prepares to defend his crown against the man who pushed him to the absolute limit, Aslamjon Ortikov.

The rematch takes place live on Friday, November 20, from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, airing on live.onefc.com. This blockbuster showdown will also serve as a quarterfinal bout in the 2026 ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix.

The two undefeated strikers first collided in June at The Inner Circle 20, delivering a grueling five-round war that ultimately crowned Imangazaliev as the division's new king. That contest represented a clash between two rising talents who each cut their teeth in ONE's developmental league, ONE Friday Fights.

Imangazaliev made his ONE debut in July 2024 and needed just two years to capture championship gold. The 23-year-old Russian holds a perfect career record of 13-0 and a flawless 9-0 mark inside the promotion, becoming the first-ever Russian fighter to claim a ONE Muay Thai World Title.

Known for his unprecedented and highly diverse striking arsenal, Imangazaliev has showcased everything from spinning and flying attacks to knees, elbows, and crisp punching combinations throughout his rapid rise up the divisional ranks.

Standing across from him once again is the 23-year-old Ortikov, representing TC Muaythai and Sport Club Shakhriyor. Ortikov followed a nearly identical path to gold, also earning his six-figure contract through ONE Friday Fights before compiling an impressive 10-1 record inside ONE Championship.

That lone defeat came against Imangazaliev in their first encounter, a fight that slipped away by the thinnest of margins. Now, Ortikov returns with a clear mission, looking to avenge his only career loss while reclaiming the title that so narrowly eluded him.

With both men having already proven their world-class abilities in their first meeting, this rematch promises another compelling chapter in what could become one of the flyweight Muay Thai division's defining rivalries.
