Ashutosh falters at final hurdle; Peng lift title

New Delhi, Aug 4 (UNI) Sun Peng of China played with complete authority, demolishing Indian seed killer Ashutosh Singh in straight set to win the ITF F7 Futures title here today.

The fourth seed Chinese served good and returned even better to prevail 6-2, 6-1 in the final.

Earlier, Peng upset top seed Aqeel Khan on Pakistan 7-6 (6), 7-6 (6) to enter the final.

Ahsutosh, on the other hand, made light work of second seed Yu Wang Jr of China winning 6-4, 6-4 in the second semi-final.
