India's shooting department has done extremely well in the Asian Games 2023. Indian shooter Ramita Jindal has been excellent in the Asian Games as she ended up winning two medals.
Ramita, a 19-year-old, has been a ray of hope for India in the continental event. She starred in the individual event and also played a pivotal role in the women's match to win a medal. She also came close to winning Bronze medal in the Mixed event, but failed short.

Ramita is a sensation in the 10m Air Rifle category. The young Indian has been a revelation in the last couple of years and is one of the most promising shooters.
She has won multiple Gold medals in the World Cup, both in individual and team events. Jindal is known for her calm and collective mindset under pressure, and despite her tender age, her temperament is something which catches the eye.
Her shooting career started when she was just 13, and she has never looked back since then. She used to juggle between her study and practice and rapidly made a progression in her quest for the game.
Ramita has come to prominence in the Asian Games 2023. Ramita won the Bronze medal in the individual event, and then backed it up with a Silver medal in the women's event.
The 19-year-old teenager was excellent for India in the Hangzhou Asian Games. Along with Ashi Chouksey and Mehuli Ghosh, the women's team snatched the Silver. And she has backed it up with another medal as the Indian mixed team sealed Bronze.
