Becks fears getting bald and getting a paunch

Washington, Aug 31 : Soccer ace David Beckham has recently revealed that he is worried to the point of obsession about going bald and getting a paunch.

The 33-year-old footballer, who had been given "best abs in Hollywood" title, has always been in tiptop shape due to soccer, but now he fears that as he gets older and stops his athletic career he will lose his looks.

"He's constantly telling Vic he fears he's going bald, or if he spots a hint of a paunch on his midsection, he hits the gym for an hour," Fafarazzi.com quoted an insider as saying.

"David is so vain - he can't stand the thought of growing into a fat, bald old man," said a friend. Posh, highly amused by hubby's angst, loves giving him the needle.

"She'll tell him she found some hair in the shower and ask - was that his? She loves teasing him about his future as a schlumpy old man because it gives her the upper hand, a button to push!" the insider added.

Beckham has cut his hair very short, and even with not much hair he still manages to look dashing.
