Becks, Noel Gallagher team up for net venture

London, July 7 : Soccer ace David Beckham and Oasis singer Noel Gallagher have teamed up to be a part of a new internet site Channelbee.com.

Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller and former Soccer AM host Tim Lovejoy have spent a year working on the project.

On July 5, they launched the site with Tim fronting the site from a purpose-built London studio.

The site includes a daily show, video sketches, a dating show, concerts with bands and anecdotes and interviews, which web surfers, can email to friends.

Lovejoy is sure that the site will be a success - particularly with youngsters - as it is completely free to view.

"David Beckham and Noel Gallagher have said they are going to do something with us," Mirror quoted him, as saying.

"The technology means we can film something and have it up in half a day," he added.
