London, June 12 (ANI): David Beckham brought London to a standstill yesterday - because of his giant new underwear advert.

The 34-year-old soccer star created chaos in the capital's busiest shopping street when he turned up for the unveiling of the enormous poster.

Hundreds of girls and guys came together to catch a glimpse of him outside Selfridges, reports The Sun.

The Emporio Armani ad shows the LA Galaxy star's perfect torso as he models snug-fitting pants while grasping a rope.

Accountant Natalie Martin, 25, from Clapham, South London, said: "I've just risked my job to get here but seeing David Beckham in his underwear is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."

Beckham, who was covered up in a smart suit, as he turned up with wife Victoria, said: "It's a bit embarrassing when the pictures are unveiled." (ANI)
